I’m qualified to do this after learning from my own mistakes. I didn’t used to know that I needed to look for balance. I was that business founder that worked 80 plus hours a week for the most demanding ‘boss’ in the world which was me. I was the guy who built a 7 figure business earned plenty of money so I could buy things I didn’t need to impress people I didn’t even like. I let my ‘business’ steal my life. I missed my ‘first’ family growing up and was unfit, overweight and stressed out because I was ‘too busy working’
